Welcome to Sandbridge Therapy & Wellness; I'm glad you're here. I am Amanda Stull, a Resident in Counseling diligently guided under the clinical supervision of Dr. LoriAnn Stretch.
My commitment is to provide a safe and culturally inclusive space where everyone is respected, and their unique experiences are valued. I believe in a person-centered and self-compassion-based approach that integrates behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychoeducation. This integrative approach empowers clients as active agents in their mental health care and wellness.
I earned my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a Military and Veteran Concentration, from the College of William & Mary. As an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained Resident in Counseling, I offer specialized interventions to effectively treat trauma. I am deeply committed to continuing education, regularly updating my training and certifications, and maintaining active memberships in the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). This ensures that I am always informed about the latest research and best practices to better support you.
